Check-in on a Mon, Wed or Fri and choose your dates if they are available to book. Fill in your info and complete the booking by paying online. You can pay the full amount or pay a deposit now and the rest 30 days before your stay. Choose from a range of extras too.
This Hut Can Sleep
Perfect for a solo traveller coming to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales and just as magical for couples on a getaway, this hut has a cosy double bed, with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing staycation with us.
What's In The Hut
The Dalesbred Hut includes a double bed, kitchenette, en-suite shower room, as well as a log burner for those chilly evenings. We’ve got everything covered from towels, toiletries, cutlery and all appliances for a comfortable stay.

Our beautiful Shepherd Huts are truly bespoke and each one was made by hand in the UK before arriving on our farm and creating Hollow Gill Huts.
Beds
Each hut has one of the most comfortable double beds in them with a double window that guarantees you wake up to one of the best views we think you’ll see.
The Wensleydale & The Swaledale Huts also have the option for a foldaway bunk bed for 2 children to stay too.
We can fold the top bunk away to make a single bed or alternatively a large sofa if you desire an intimate couple’s getaway. These huts are also dog-friendly so you can bring your pooch with you for a small extra cost.
The Dalesbred Hut is our intimate adults only cabin that benefits from a private garden on the site. It has a double bed, small sofa and a log burner.
Kitchenette
All huts include a beautiful handmade kitchenette. Your kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a perfect self-catering getaway. A kettle, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric hob, fridge-freezer, butler sink and all the cutlery and utensils you will need.
Bathroom
Each hut has a modern en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. We provide towels for all guests and complimentary toiletries too.
WiFi
Like to stay connected? We’ve got you covered here at Hollow Gill Huts. Each hut has a smart TV, fantastic WiFi and a great phone signal, so sharing pictures and stories of your stay with us has never been easier. Of course, we also love a digital detox here on the farm, so switch off your phone and mind and soak up the breathtaking views.
Garden Space
Outside you’ll be able to unwind on your very own patio area with gorgeous tables and chairs or toast marshmallows over the fire pit as the sun goes down. An alfresco breakfast is a must (weather dependant of course!), sit back, grab a cup and listen to the birds and animals on your doorstep.
The Dalesbred is our couples hut and sleeps two people in a sumptuous double bed.
Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets in our huts, but we do offer comfy kennel facilities they can stay in for an extra £7 per night.
Stop on a Sunday night and enjoy our hut for only £75 per night. This offer is only available outside of the school holiday periods.
This hut is available to book during the week for only £120 per night (Monday – Thursday).
Weekend stays are ready to book too at only £130 per night (Friday – Sunday).
Want to stay on one of the bank holidays? This will only cost £140 per night.

The Dalesbred hut named after a local breed of sheep, is one of our luxury Shepherds Huts with a stunning log burner inside. It is hidden away in its own private green space next to the farm’s woodlands where privacy and pure peacefulness are the order of the day.
